Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

Style Drop delivers to most countries across Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the moment of purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order at every stage of its journey.

Delivery timeframes.

Standard international delivery takes between 7 and 15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and occasional delays caused by customs processing or local courier conditions are outside of our direct control, though we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Tracking your order.

Every Style Drop order comes with full tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received your tracking information after 3 business days, please contact us at suport.styledrop@gmail.com and we will locate your order immediately.

Shipping costs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

Customs and import duties.

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs policy before placing your order if you are unsure.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or full refund — no lengthy explanations required.

How to start a return or exchange.

Simply email us at suport.styledrop@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours with clear instructions on the next steps. The process is straightforward and we are here to make it as smooth as possible.

Conditions for return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Sizing exchanges.

If the piece doesn't fit the way you expected, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and the size you need and we will arrange the exchange promptly.

Refund processing.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been issued.

Damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at suport.styledrop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No return of the item is necessary in these cases.

Items not eligible for return.

Final sale items and items purchased with promotional discounts exceeding 40% are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. All other purchases are covered in full by our 60-day guarantee.
